Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the Indonesia, Ireland, Germany, France, and Spain.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of payment being confirmed. Indonesia delivery is usually 1–3 working days. European destinations typically 3–7 working days. All orders are sent tracked.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders are sent in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no reference to Nova Biolabs, the product contents, or any related terminology on the outside of the parcel.
Returns & Contact
What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of research products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
